Black Pepper Beef



Steak-grade Beef cooked with black pepper, bell pepper, mushroom, onion, and garlic.


Ingredients: steak, bell pepper, onion, mushroom

1. Cut the steak into slightly large pieces and marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and vegetable oil for 30 minutes

2. Prepare the garlic and stir-fry until they turned darker

3. Stir-fry the beef and vegetables and combine them together

Add more soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, rice wine, sugar if necessary
