Tomato Beef



Beef Brisket Stew with Tomato


Ingredients: beef brisket, 3 tomato, and tomato paste

1. Cut the beef Brisket into slightly large pieces, and cook with boiled water and rice wine if necessary, until the surface is not bloody

2. Stri-fry the sugar at first with olive oil/butter, and put beef inside

3. Use a deep pot to cook 1 tomato with tomato paste, and cook with beef for 1 hour

Add more soy sauce, oyster sauce, wine, sugar if necessary
